I'm new to Baltimore and the Equitable Building is a great find for my apartment. The leasing & building staff are friendly and very helpful.

From touring the units, signing the lease, to move-in day and then the duration of the lease, I felt at HOME, which was important to me, because I had just moved to Baltimore and did not know the city, or anyone in it. The staff was always helpful, more than accommodating, and went out of their way to make sure I was okay and happy.

The building is beautiful and very clean and I love having a well-kept gym on site. The front-desk and maintenance staff is exceptionally friendly and professional! I definitely feel safe and at home.
